REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL ATHLETES

Annual athlete/parent/guardian meeting for athletes of all seasons:

Our annual athletic meeting for all fall, winter and spring athletes and, as well as their parent/guardian, will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:30pm in the High School Auditorium. This is a very important meeting to attend. Topics of discussion will be school policies, athletic rules and guidelines, eligibility and MIAA Rules. Rules are constantly changing and updated and it is important to come and listen even if you have attended in the past. All attendees will be given a raffle ticket to enter in a drawing for a chance to win a free admission pass to all home games (excluding MIAA tournament games).

Sports registration process: No athlete may participate, in any way, without completing the following 4 steps:

STEP 1: Prior to registering on FamilyID, a parent/guardian and athlete must view a video about concussions and MDPH Educational Material about Substance Use Disorder (opiate use and misuse). These trainings are mandated by the State. By accessing the sites listed below, you will be able to view both videos.

STEP 2 – FamilyID (ON LINE REGISTRATION)

STEP 3 - PHYSICALS (THERE MUST BE A WRITTEN PROOF OF A PHYSICAL EXAM SUBMITTED TO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE AND IT MAY BE NOT OLDER THAN 13 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PHYSICAL)

STEP 4 - USER FEE $300.00 per child, per sport with a $900.00 family cap.  Online Payment Center

There are waivers provided and a form must be filled out for every season your student participates in a sport and must be filled out prior to season starting.
