ATTENDANCE INFORMATION 

ABSENT OR LATE: If a student is Absent or Late for Remote or In-School sessions, you must call the Absentee Line at 781-279-3810 and then press 1. Parent or Guardian, please, leave a message with your name, the name of the student, grade and a brief reason for the absence. We must receive a call no later than end of 1st period at 9:15.

DISMISSALS: To minimize personal contact during Covid-19, we are only taking dismissals by email. Parents or Guardians, please email our secretary, Mrs. Willard at ewillard@stonehamschools.org with any dismissals. (We need the time they are leaving and time if returning)   NOTE: Only Parents or Guardians can dismiss their student/s.

*FOR PAST GRADUATE ALUMNI: To order a transcript please email the Registrar Mrs. Willard with your request to ewillard@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:

·         Full name at the time of graduation
·         The year of graduation
·         Transcript: Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal)
·         Where you want it mailed to
·         Contact phone number (If we have questions.)
Please note: We have four (4) school days to process.

VERIFICATION GRADUATION INFORMATION

If you are a company who needs to verify a student has graduated at SHS, please email our Registrar Ellen Willard at ewillard@stonehamschools.org. Please, fax the signature page to 781-279-2070 or email it to her for the Release of Information.

To get a Work Permit you first must complete the Working Papers . (You must have a job offer before completing them).

You can click on the Working Papers title and print out the copy to complete. Once it is completed you can email/scan them to the attention of Mrs. Willard at ewillard@stonehamschools.org or fax at 781-279-2070 to her attention. Once we receive the first 3 pages she will get you a Work Permit and notify you when it is ready.  (You must bring in the originals when coming in to get them) 
                *STUDENT MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN THEM*  

NOTE: If you are a student who is 15 and under you will need your doctor to sign on page 2 under "Physician's Certificate of Health" section. (The doctor must sign it.)

You can also pick up Working Papers in the main office. (Due to Covid 19 we are trying to minimize personal contact.) The Working Papers are processed till 3:45 pm.

Graduation Cap and Gown

Graduation Request Form-Class of 2021 

Please check your school email for a request for graduation information from Mrs. Yeomelakis. We are requesting, via google form, how you want your  name printed on your diploma, as well as your measurements for your cap and gown. Please respond as quickly as you can as we have to place the order for the diplomas very soon. Click here to submit your information.



Information for Senior Privilege/Work Study Program/Gym Signing in or Out
Instead of signing out in the front office, students leaving and returning to the high school for the purposes of Gym/Senior Privilege/Work Study will use their iPhone camera or a QR reader app to scan the QR code posted on the outside window of the front office, and will be prompted to open, and complete, a Google Form. Their responses will be automatically recorded with a timestamp in a Google Sheet.

ORDERING YOUR  2021 YEARBOOK

Seniors, do you want a year book?  Now is the time to order!!! Email kvonsneidern@stonehamschoolsorg no later than Friday, March 5th. The cost is $85 each. Order now, pay later. Mr. v will email you a payment link on Monday, March 8th-due by April 5th. Discounts are available to families in need. Please email Mr. v for more information

JUNIOR PARENT PLANNING VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

The Guidance Department will be hosting a Junior Parent Future Planning Presentation on Tuesday, February 9th at 6:00 p.m.  This will be a virtual event.
