Hello,

What happened to Spring?  Sure, felt like summer with this weekend's temperatures.  Let’s hope the temperatures and bright skies continue as we complete the school year with our Senior Events and other school related activities.

As you heard from Superintendent Macero on Friday, the Stoneham School Committee has updated the Stoneham Schools COVID Safety Guidelines.  Masks are no longer required when outside and a social distance of 3 feet is recommended.  All established COVID Safety Policies remain in effect for all activity within the school building.

Reminder that on Thursday, May 27 (Day 3), and Friday, May 28 (Day 4), all Grade 9 and 11 students will receive asynchronous school work and learning activities due to MCAS testing.  Students should follow their class schedule of the scheduled academic day for remote asynchronous learning.  All Grade 10 students are to report to school for 8:15 for their Math MCAS.

Among other information, updates here include lunch seating and Senior Events from Senior Celebration to Cap and Gown to Graduation Rehearsal and Graduation Commencement.

It has been a long year for everyone and I continue to be impressed by all that our teachers and students have accomplished.  Here’s to a strong and successful finish.  Keep up the focus and hard work.

Have a great week!
