Good evening,

I hope you have had an enjoyable weekend.  We enter the first month of October and the last month of the 1st grading quarter.  October is a busy month with academics, athletics and extracurricular activities.  Students should make meaningful and consistent use of FLEX block to complete and manage school work and to meet with their teachers for any academic support.

Parents / caregivers are reminded and encouraged to routinely check their students’ academic progress through PS and to engage with their students if any concerns are noticed.  Parents should engage with their students and encourage them to meet with their teacher and make meaningful use of FLEX Block opportunities to address any concerns.  Teachers are also available to respond to any parent / caregiver questions and / or concerns.

We remind you that this Friday is a half day of school with a school dismissal of 12:15pm.

Have a great week!  Go Spartans!

Best,

Mr. Lombardi
