Tuition students must be 3 or 4 years old on the first day of school.
Registration for returning students:
-Parents/Guardians of returning students typically receive information about program offerings for the following year by January and return registration forms by mid-January.
-Returning students are placed based on parent request. If there are not enough spaces in a program to match the number of requests, a lottery is used to select students.
Registration for new students:
-Registration materials are made available in January most years. They are posted on the district homepage.
-Within the registration materials a date is given (usually early February) for registration packets to be returned. All registrations received by that date will receive equal consideration for spots.
-When placing students into preschool spots, if there are not enough spaces in a program to match the number of requests, a lottery is used to select students.
-Once the preschool rosters are full, all remaining registrations are placed on the wait list.
You do not need to live in the district of the school you wish to attend for preschool. For example, if you live in the South or Colonial Park district you can register for a program at Robin Hood. You would then return to your “home” school for Kindergarten.
