TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INFORMATION

Please note: We will do our best to complete your request in a timely manner.

 

GRADUATE ALUMNI: To order a transcript, please email the Registrar, Jaz Peña, with your request to jpena@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:

• Full name at the time of graduation
• The year of graduation
• Transcript: Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal)
•  Where you want it mailed to (Including address) and/or emailed to (Including the email address)
• Contact phone number (If we have questions.)

ALL CURRENT STUDENTS: Check in with your Guidance Counselor in the Guidance Department. (Go to Guidance webpage for your Counselor's information.) Click here to go directly to the Guidance Page.

DRIVER'S PERMIT OFFICIAL DOCUMENT REQUEST:   Please give us a 2-day notice to fulfill this request.

Students can see their current Guidance Counselor to process. They will email you when ready for pickup.
